How does a placement work?<\/h2>\nPreliminary interview<\/h4>\n
Perso\u00adnal cont\u00adact is very important to us. Only in this way can we gain a precise impres\u00adsion of your family situa\u00adtion and the indi\u00advi\u00addual requi\u00adre\u00adments of the appli\u00adcant. After placing the order, we will discuss your special needs in a detailed tele\u00adphone conver\u00adsa\u00adtion and toge\u00adther we will draw up a detailed family profile which will serve as a basis for our search. This profile will later be sent to the poten\u00adtial candi\u00adda\u00adtes anony\u00admously as initial infor\u00adma\u00adtion about the position.<\/p>\n
Candidate search<\/h4>\n
Accor\u00adding to the indi\u00advi\u00addual family profile, we look for an appli\u00adcant who is speci\u00adally suited to your needs. We publish the job adver\u00adti\u00adse\u00adment on our website and look for suita\u00adble candi\u00adda\u00adtes in our appli\u00adcant pool. Usually you will receive the first appli\u00adcant port\u00adfo\u00adlios within a few days. If you are inte\u00adres\u00adted, we will then arrange a first inter\u00adview between you and the appli\u00adcant. The first cont\u00adact often takes place by phone or Skype. In a perso\u00adnal inter\u00adview you can clarify details of the posi\u00adtion to be filled and you can quickly see whether you like the appli\u00adcant. The next step is then a test work and getting to know each other in detail. It is important for both parties to expe\u00adri\u00adence ever\u00ady\u00adday life toge\u00adther. Is the chemis\u00adtry right? Does the nanny have a good rela\u00adti\u00adonship with the child\u00adren? Do the basic atti\u00adtu\u00addes towards educa\u00adtion agree?<\/p>\n
The employ\u00adment contract is concluded directly between the appli\u00adcant and the family. N4YK will gladly provide you with a draft contract.
\nAs long as the police clearance certi\u00adfi\u00adcate and medi\u00adcal certi\u00adfi\u00adcate are not available, you should conclude the employ\u00adment contract under reserve. After the conclu\u00adsion of the employ\u00adment contract (verbally or in writing) the place\u00adment fee is due.<\/p>\n
Placement fee<\/h4>\n
The agency fee is calcu\u00adla\u00adted from the annual gross income multi\u00adplied by the fee rate plus the legal value added tax (if appli\u00adca\u00adble). The fee rate is 18 % (in Germany and German-spea\u00adking count\u00adries). In the case of a special quali\u00adfi\u00adca\u00adtion of the appli\u00adcant desi\u00adred by the client (e.g. foreign languages \u2014 native spea\u00adker \u2014 , Montessori, cura\u00adtive education\/ergotherapy trai\u00adning) the fee rate is 20 %.\u2028In the case of contract peri\u00adods of less than one year (e.g. mate\u00adr\u00adnity nurse, holi\u00adday nanny) the fee rate is also 18 % of the order volume (in Germany and abroad).\u2028(4) The place\u00adment fee for place\u00adments in non-German-spea\u00adking count\u00adries is 2.5 monthly net salaries.<\/p>\n
Substitute placement<\/h4>\n
Upon taking up the posi\u00adtion, you are entit\u00adled to a substi\u00adtute place\u00adment for three months. During the entire proba\u00adtio\u00adnary period, we are happy to assist our clients with advice and support. It is important to allow the nanny an appro\u00adpriate trai\u00adning period. She has to get used to the ever\u00ady\u00adday life of the family, get to know habits and rituals.<\/p>\n
Usually after 4 weeks one has a good feeling whether it will work out with the nanny in the long run. Always come to us with any ques\u00adti\u00adons or diffi\u00adcul\u00adties. Open commu\u00adni\u00adca\u00adtion is the best way to avoid conflicts. A substi\u00adtute place\u00adment will not take place if the gene\u00adral condi\u00adti\u00adons have chan\u00adged in the mean\u00adtime accor\u00adding to the family profile.<\/p>\n<\/div>
