A cheerful, international family with four children aged 14, 12, 9, and 5 is looking for a loving part-time nanny (approx. 25 hours per week) starting in June 2026, mainly for the two youngest children. Your working hours will be approximately 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, with weekends off. The family is returning to Berlin after many years abroad. As the two older children are already very independent, the focus will be on looking after the two youngest. Your tasks will include picking up the children from daycare and school – on foot or by bike – preparing simple and healthy lunches and dinners and eating together, as well as organizing fun and varied afternoons. Whether playing, doing crafts, going swimming or accompanying playdates, you will ensure a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere. In addition, you will occasionally run errands or do shopping; there is already a cleaning lady. The family is looking for a warm-hearted, reliable person whose native language is German or French, who enjoys working independently and who is keen to support the family’s new start in Berlin in a positive way. The position is advertised as live-out, and the parents are looking for a long-term, trusting working relationship. A driver’s license is not necessary.

We are looking for a full-time experienced english mother tongue nanny from September 2021 onwards for a family in Tutzing, Lake Starnberg – 30 min away from down-town Munich by train. You are a trained nanny with several years of experience and have references from similar private households.
You will be responsible for the nurture and loving care of a six-month-old girl. The working hours will initially be mainly in the morning, starting in the early morning hours. The mother is primarily at home working mostly out of home office. However, as the daily schedule varies depending on the mother’s job-related requirements, you should bring flexibility with regards to working hours spread throughout the day. Additional household support for cleaning is employed, but all household activities related to childcare will be in your responsibility.
Desired start date is September 1st 2021, but a slightly later start is also possible. The position entails 35 to 40 hours a week. A separate and fully furnished 60 sqm apartment in the same house is offered — privacy is guaranteed by a separate entrance.
