Wir suchen für eine vier­köp­fige Familie mit zwei berufs­tä­tigen Eltern eine Nanny für 30 Stunden bis 40 Stunden in der Woche im Wechsel mit einer weiteren Nanny die Montag bis Mitt­woch Vormittag abdeckt. Die Betreuung gilt zwei Kindern im Alter von vier und einem Jahr. Die Familie wohnt in der Nähe von Frank­furt (25 Auto­minuten entfernt). Sie sind boden­ständig herz­lich und haben Freude daran, beide Kinder tags­über zu betreuen und den Fami­li­en­alltag aktiv mitzu­ge­stalten. Sie sind beson­ders team­fähig und klar in ihrer Kommu­ni­ka­tion, denn sie teilen sich die Arbeits­zeit mit einer zweiten Nanny. Ihre Kern­arbeits­zeiten sind von Mitt­woch bis Freitag zwischen 7.30 Uhr und 19 Uhr je nach gewünschten Wochenstunden.
Der einjäh­rige Sohn wird ganz­tags betreut, die Tochter wird ab 15 Uhr aus dem KIGA abge­holt. Ihr Tag startet mit der KIGA Vorbe­rei­tung. Morgens betreuen Sie den kleinen einjäh­rigen Jungen, gegen Mittag holen Sie die Tochter vom KIGA ab, der 15 Minuten zu Fuss von daheim entfernt ist. Die Nach­mit­tage verbringen Sie dann mit beiden Kindern. Kleine Haushalts­tätig­keiten wie Spül­ma­schine ausräumen, aufräumen, Wäsche­pflege wären wünschens­wert. Eine Putz­kraft ist separat für die Familie tätig. Es geht um eine liebe­volle Beschäf­ti­gung der Kinder auf Augen­höhe, die Nanny sollte selb­ständig und eigen­ver­ant­wort­lich arbeiten, down to earth, warm­herzig und prag­ma­tisch sein. Gern schaut sich die Familie auch Quereinsteiger/innen mit gesundem Menschen­ver­stand und großem Herz an. Die Bewerber/In hat einen Führer­schein und wünschens­wert wäre auch ein eigenes Auto. Reise­begleitung ist nicht erwünscht. An den Wochen­enden haben Sie frei.
